This site is dedicated to helping those people unfortunate enough to own a piece of junk desktop or notebook that the
manufacturer does not provide good technical resources for. If you think you have such a PC, then here you are!
So far we don't have many contenders. Sony wins at worst technical support documentation. Why?
Because Sony treats technical information regarding their products like it's classified TOP SECRET.
This is baloney. If you've paid well over a thousand dollars for a piece of kit, isn't it normal that you should
be able to get technical information about it?
What Sony is doing has nothing to do with trade secrets, patents or consumer protection. It is all about driving
you to an "authorized Sony repair center" where you can get RIPPED OFF and increase their bottom line. Pretty cool,
huh? Well we don't think so, actually.
The solution: Instead of Vaio, just say Caio! Don't buy a Sony. Get an IBM, a Dell, a Toshiba, an HP, an
Acer, whatever!
